What exactly does Bauxies Studio do?

We're a gift concierge based in Houston, TX. We handle the entire gifting process — from curating the perfect items to packaging and delivering a beautiful gift box. You tell us the occasion and recipient, and we take care of everything else.

Who do you work with?

We serve three main groups: corporate teams (HR managers, executive assistants, business owners), apartment communities (property managers and leasing offices), and individuals or families gifting new moms and postpartum families. If you're not sure you fit — just reach out, we're flexible.

Do you only serve Houston?

We're proudly Houston-based and offer free local delivery within the Houston area. We can also ship nationally — contact us for shipping rates outside of Houston.

 

 

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Start by filling out our quick quote form — it takes less than 3 minutes. We'll follow up within 24 hours with a custom proposal based on your occasion, recipient, and budget. From there, we handle everything.

Can I customize what goes inside the box?

Absolutely. Customization is at the heart of what we do. You can share preferences, dietary restrictions, brand guidelines, or specific items — we'll build around them. We also offer branded packaging and custom message cards.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend at least 5–7 business days for individual boxes. For bulk corporate or apartment orders, 2–3 weeks' notice is ideal. Need something sooner? Reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate.

How long does order processing take?

Most ready to ship orders are processed within 2 business day (Mon–Fri).
Once shipped, transit time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected: Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days

Express Shipping: ~2 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note:

  • Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, etc.
  • Orders placed after 1pm CT on Friday or over the weekend ship on Monday.
  • Carriers deliver Monday–Friday.
  • Personalized or custom gifts may require extra time—contact us if you need a specific delivery date

What if I need a last-minute gift?

We understand life happens! Contact us directly and we'll let you know what's possible based on timing and availability. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

 

Delivery

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes — free local delivery is included for all orders within the Houston area. We deliver directly to homes, offices, and apartment communities.

Can you deliver directly to the recipient?

Absolutely — in fact, that's how most of our orders work. Just provide the recipient's address and we'll handle delivery directly to their door, so you don't have to be the middle person.

Corporate & bulk orders

Do you offer bulk pricing for large orders?

Yes — we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of 10 or more boxes. The more you order, the better the per-box rate. We also offer recurring programs for companies or apartment communities that need gifting on a regular basis.

Can you add our company branding to the boxes?

Absolutely. We offer branded packaging including custom tissue paper, stickers, ribbon, and inserts with your company logo and colors. Branding options are available for orders of 10+ boxes. Contact us for details and minimums.

Can we set up a recurring gifting program?

Yes — this is one of our most popular options for corporate clients and apartment communities. We'll set up a cadence that works for you (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and handle everything automatically. You'll never have to think about it again.

 

Postpartum gifts

What's typically included in a postpartum box?

Our postpartum boxes are built around recovery and self-care for the new mom. Items typically include nourishing snacks, a self-care product (candle, bath soak, etc.), a cozy item (socks, eye mask), a personal care essential, and a handwritten message card. Everything is chosen with her wellbeing in mind, not just the baby.

Can I request items for the baby too?

Of course! Just let us know when placing your order and we'll include a baby item or two. We can also build a box that celebrates both mom and baby — just share your vision and budget and we'll make it happen.
